Turn! Turn! Turn! (To Everything There Is a Season) ist ein Lied von Pete Seeger aus dem Jahr 1950. Erstmals veröffentlicht wurde es 1962 auf einem Album bei Columbia Records.

Die bekanntesten Interpreten dieses Liedes sind The Byrds[1], die mit diesem Titel 1965 drei Wochen in den US-Singles-Charts Platz Eins belegten.[2] Das zweite Album der Byrds Turn! Turn! Turn![3] wurde nach dem Song benannt.[4] Der Byrds-Sänger Roger McGuinn hatte das Lied bereits im Jahr 1963 für Judy Collins arrangiert. Es erschien auf dem Album Judy Collins #3.[5]

Der Text ist eine Adaption des alttestamentlichen Bibeltextes aus dem Buch Kohelet, Kapitel 3, Verse 1–8 (LUT). Vermutlich verwendete Seeger die King-James-Bibel (KJV). Marlene Dietrich sang 1963 eine komplette deutsche Fassung dieses Liedes unter dem Titel Für alles kommt die Zeit (Glaub’, glaub’, glaub’). Teile der deutschen Übertragung dieser Zeilen hat die ostdeutsche Band Puhdys auch in dem Lied Wenn ein Mensch lebt verwendet.
